to be in touch with nature and counteract the nature deficit disorder , either few hrs , days or multiple days expeditions
Sunrise Hiking :
Program: W1
- Level: basic-light
- Total tour's time: 2-3 hrs
- Total driving from hotels 30-45 min. each way
- Total hike 45 min each way
- Terrain : semi-rugged
- Goal & highlights: activate your senses , stretch out , get energized with sun rays , enjoy sunrise , take pictures
- Includes: Round pick-up from your hotel , fresh made juice , bilingual guide -trainer
- Bring: comfortable outdoor's clothing or pants , leg-ins etc, cap, walking shoes such as hiking booths or tenis shoes , a small back-pack, a bottle of water

Canyon Hiking
Program : W2
Goal: enjoy the ancestor's routes , flora & fauna, pristine areas , beautiful landscape perhaps encounter with wildlife
- Level: basic- intermediate
- Total tour's time: 3 hrs
- Total drive time from Hotels 45-60 min.each way
- Total hikes: 2 light hikes 1 hr. each way
- Terrain : rugged - dirt & gravel arrollo bed
- Includes: Round pick-up from your hotel , lunch at a local restaurant, bottle of water , bilingual guide - naturalist.
- Bring: wear comfortable outdoor's clothing or long pants , cap or hat, walking shoes such as hiking booths or tenis shoes , a small back-pack, trekking poles , bug repellent and sunblock at your discretion.

- Sierra la laguna Biosphere reserve Trekking II:
Program : W4
Goal: enjoy biosphere reserve , beautiful landscape , rural areas, hot & cold water springs , cascade in the desert, flora & fauna native to the area , rural & pristine areas. (Not Fox Canyon- nor sol de mayo)- Level: intermediate - advanced
- Total tour's time: 7 hrs
- Total drive time 90 min. each way
- Total hikes: 2 medium hikes 1 hr. each way
- Terrain : rugged - boulders , rocks
- Includes: Round pick-up from your hotel , lunch on site, bottle of water , park entrence fees, bilingual guide - naturalist.
- Bring: wear comfortable outdoor's clothing or long pants , cap or hat, walking shoes such as hiking booths or tenis shoes , a small back-pack, trekking poles , bug repellent and sunblock at your discretion.

Art rock/cave paintings hike :

and endemic to the area.
