How do I book a program?

#1 Please send an e-mail to

birding.lapaz@gmail.com

With the following information :

  • Which tour(s) would you like to   attend?
  • Dates you will be visiting the area?
  • Which hotel or villa are you going to stay? (to give you your pick up time)
  • Number of attendees including you . 

#2 You will receive via e-mail a confirmation letter  with the pick-up time, confirmation code-number, the details of your reservation and be requested to make a minimum deposit , we will send you a PayPal request, You will be all set until the day of excursion.

#3  when you arrive to your hotel please send us your room number and advice the concierge or front desk clerk that you are going to be pick-up to go birding.
 
#4 be at the pick-up time & place mentioned in your confirmation letter .

#5 when you get pick up present the confirmation letter to the driver-guide and please pay the balance , sign waver
#6 Enjoy your tour 
#7 Please post a comment on trip advisor or cruise critic if you like the excursion and feel yourself welcome to share our contact info with your club members , family and friends. 


Note: in case of single travelers We require a minimum of   attendees to operate any tour Due the same reason we have a calendar with open dates and we are constantly advertising and promoting , in the remote case we don't have other birders booked to your tour you will be asked if you are willing to pay the minimum .  

all the tours are limited to 10 attendees 

Add a passenger : May you want to add a passenger in your tour , send us a mail it will be added to the reservation under your name to ensure that you will be in the same group.


Birding Opportunities for visitors staying in Todos santos , pesacadero and nearby areas

Birding-Todos Santos basic birding

Program :BTS1

Description: we will pick you at your hotel very early to go birding  we will move to different sites to enjoy variety of birds  and come back to hotel .

Goal:  enjoy at least 2 endemics , residents and migrants 

including many desert specialties adapted to desert ecology.

Price : US$300 1 or 2 attendees 

Includes: transportation ,  water, sodas , use of scope and filed guides , a check-list to take home , park fees & permits , professional  bilingual guide,

We will pick you up early in the morning and take you birding to different sites and San Jose estuary in search to enjoy the endemics trasher , hummingbird, yellowthroat , cinnamon rump seedeater and other interesting migrants and vagrant birds 

guide will share information about the avifauna , ecology and culture and take you back to you Todos Santos Hotel

Birding Pelagic - Boat tour

 for people who get sea-sick

Introduction: We don't need to go too far away to enjoy pelagic life so these is specially for visitors sensitive to motion sickness who might not be able to participate somewhere else where pelagic trips involve several days or many miles into the ocean , the guide will explain why here is so different and it is the reason why we offer only 1/2 a day and will enjoy pelagic birds and some other marine life. 
Description:  Get on a boat in search of Pelagic such as Black storm petrel , Least storm petrel, Wedge-rumped storm petrel , Pink-footed shearwater, Black-vented shearwater , brown booby ,blue footed booby, mask and nazca boobies, terns,  Cormorants among others in addition try your fishing skills (at additional cost) and let's see what you catch ! , positive chances to enjoy other marine life such as dolphins , sea-lions , on season whales
